Hospitalization Guidelines:
- The hospital provides electronic safes for storing personal belongings. Please do not carry large amounts of cash or valuable items. The hospital is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- When leaving the ward, please close the door, carry the key and keep your personal belongings locked.
- Please use the ward facilities and items properly. Any damages or losses may be subject to compensation as required by the hospital.
- Do not give any tips or gifts to staff members in order not to contravene the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.
- Engaging in any form of gambling activities is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hospital.
- If a patient wishes to be discharged outside office hours, please notify the nursing staff.
To maintain a tranquil environment in the hospital and avoid disturbing other patients' rest:
- Please switch your mobile phone to silent or vibrate mode and lower the volume.
- Please do not bring pets.
- Cooking and washing dishes are not allowed.
- Please refrain from bringing strongly scented foods (such as durian) into the hospital.
- Please do not hang out clothes to dry.
- Please do not adjust the air conditioning in the ward without permission.
Visiting Guidelines:
- Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Please limit the number of visitors to a maximum of four individuals at a time.
- Please do not wander outside the wards or corridors.
- Please switch your mobile phone to silent or vibrate mode and lower the volume to avoid disturbing other patients.
